Chinese newlyweds reenact their first date photos on their wedding. They fell in love in 2012; he graduated in 2013; they registered for marriage in 2014; on Jan 1st, 2015, they came back to the campus where their love started to take photos in their wedding attire.
Xiaohei went to Southwest Jiaotong University in 2009, and soon became the monitor of his class in materials science and engineering school. Pangya went to the same university in 2010. They did not know they were actually from the same home town until Xiaohei was becoming a senior while Pangya was a junior student at school.
After Xiaohei graduated, he went to Beijing to take a good job in a state-owned enterprise. Pangya remained at school, preparing for the IELTS. A year later Pangya went to Australia to continue her studies. A long-distance relationship is never easy, especially when it crosses international borders. After three months apart, Xiaohei decided to quit his job and go to Australia to keep Pangya company. “That was the moment when I decided to marry him,” said Pangya.
They registered for marriage on Nov. 20, 2014. They both agreed to come back to their university and take their wedding photos there. They also plan to “travel in wedding dress” — starting from their university, and taking various photos at different places in their wedding attire.
